Customers may return their order within 14 days of receipt for a full refund (sorry, shipping charges are not refundable). Item(s) must be returned and received in the same condition as they were listed. For example, any sealed products must be unaltered/unopened.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. However, we can provide a prepaid shipping label for the carrier of your choice at our discounted shipping rate, which will be deducted from your refund.
