Jersey Fusion Case Replace/Upgrade

Got a scratch on your case? Want to upgrade your previous Jersey Fusion case (magnetic holder with sticker) to our new custom tamper proof case? 

Simply send us your Jersey Fusion card and we can swap out the case for you. 

Here's how:

1. Select how many Jersey Fusion cards you will be sending in. 
2. Complete purchase.
3. Print your invoice and package it with your Jersey Fusion cards. (Shipping label not provided)
4. Mail your package to:

Once we receive your package, we will replace your case(s) and mail your Jersey Fusion card(s) back to you. Please allow 3 to 6 weeks for completion and delivery. 

* Please note that we will only replace factory sealed Jersey Fusion cards. We will not replace opened or altered Jersey Fusion cards.
