Barney Dreyfuss Pittsburgh Pirates Signed Auto Letter to HOFer Fred Clarke JSA

Exceedingly rare handwritten seven page letter (double-sided) on Hotel Carlton(Switzerland) stationary by Pittsburgh Pirates owner, Baseball Hall of Fame inductee, and creator of the World Series. Letter mentions he is snowed in and offers his thoughts, good and bad, about his players. Accompanied by the original mailing envelope. Dreyfuss signatures have long been elusive to HOF signature collectors and this letter is even more impressive because it is addressed to fellow HOFer and Pirates GM Fred Clarke. This letter was purchased from a large archive of letters offered through Christie's Auction several years ago. Letter is also accompanied by a full James Spence Authentication (JSA) LOA. One of the tougher HOF autographs for collectors to get, you won't find one better than the letters we are currently offering. Please visit our store for other letters from this collection.
